Not bad.

First things first. I dont get why people are saying that credit card verification takes a long time. I managed to complete my payment on the day itself. Took no time at all.

Secondly. This app is good. I dont get why people are saying “dont order from this app” there is no problem with the app. Just who your supplier is. If you bought from the wrong supplier because you dont check reviews, recent transactions, ratings, total transactions. Then of course you will get scammed right. There is no problem with the app at all.

Thirdly. The reason why refunds takes long to get back to you is because the amount you are paying, will go to the supplier not DHgate. (I think) Its already good enough to have a “REFUND” button for you to press when you have been scammed.

What can be improved

First. Search for items can be hard. Search has to be improved.

Second. They have a catogery “Items inspired by your views” i dont think it is very accurate. Some items when i pressed it by accident similar items will appear in that catogery. To be more realistic should go by how long one has viewed that item.

Thats all i have to say. This app is good. Just becareful when looking for things to buy in this app. Dont be greedy. If prices are very low, be cautious.

Superb shopping app

Had a great experience using this app and so many choices from fashion to beauty to computer and you name it.

Totally not helpful, No accountability

Ordered a product that came damaged. Was advised to write to seller by DHgate with the promise that if the seller does not respond after 48 hours, they will step in to help. Went back to DHgate after 48 hours of no reply, was ask to go though a painful dispute opening process, but that’s where it ends. No effort on DHgate’s side except to constantly push you to a seller that never responds. Very terrible experience. Feel cheated. Will stick to other China sites that actually help in such situation to resolve the matter. Will be asking friends to beware.
