Many things are bad

I had an express delivery that I was really excited to receive but it just failed because I went for lunch and they decided to deliver at lunchtime. Didn’t even attempt to call me. What did they think it was express delivery for? Most of my other deliveries (not DHL) were able to deliver without having me around. This information about having to have me around needs to be in the app. Or at least call like a decent delivery service would do before deciding to give up on the delivery immediately otherwise what’s the point of me giving my phone number? Now I have to pick it up by going into DHL storage at a far location. Occasionally the app also can’t be used because it gets into Touch ID loop where the dialogue just keeps popping up even though Touch ID is successful. Live chat also can’t be clicked on my iPhone SE 2nd gen.

Live Chat Not Working Well

After a few conversations, the space where you type the messages just freezes up. You can’t type any messages at all. Either you keep toggling between the alphabets and numerical, or between different languages, if you are lucky, it would wake up and be responsive. If you are unlucky, the app will crash and you have to re-launch the app and previous conversation would have been lost. Today, I live chat with 3 Operators before getting my message through, in about 10mins. 😰
