Fun game
This is a fun game, but levels are quite similar. Tough to compete in the game world. Some issues, sometimes the app keeps saying there are no ads to play. And it is very annoying that I have to keep restarting the app to get the ads to play for additional lives. Also, sometimes when changing a character, it keeps loading and nothing happens, and will have to restart the app again to change the character. Please fix this.
Frustrating game
This game feels like it’s just out there to make money...and the chances to passing thru one level to go to the next feels impossible at times because you need to purchase the crystals and buy the package to earn extra life and get special or rare costume. It’s really frustrating and sometimes you feel like you are never going to make it no matter how hard you try to pass the specific levels and you can’t get stuck for days.... and the game advertisements would always hang and you can get the free crystals or tickets or coins as you are supposed to get. And it’s really ridiculous because i collected 60 crystals to open the lucky princess box and I ended up getting a Aladdin costume instead?!! It’s supposed to be a princess box and why am I getting other theme costume....... it just feels like scam. And it’s impossible to get thru certain levels no matter how hard i try and what costume or effects I use. It’s really so frustrating n sad.

Thanks for your feedback. There are difficult levels in the game and it may take a few tries before passing it successfully. If you're stuck, try to see what the mission is and focus on doing that. Sometimes, players get distracted with making many power ups or destroying objects that's not part of the mission. So, keep an eye on that on the difficult levels or other levels. Regarding the princess box, players can get R and SR costumes and the princess costumes have higher chance compare to others to acquire. The available costumes from the draw is stated in the notice and the drop rate. If that caused confusion, we'll let our team know and they can consider changing it in the future.
Feels a little rigged
This game is really cute, with all the characters and graphics. However, as the levels get harder, I feel like the game somehow is rigged. In a new level, it seems really easy to clear but the moment you lose the first time, the subsequent rounds in the same level gets harder to clear, like the chances to match the same characters become lesser. I had spent more that 30 lives clearing that one level and it’s really frustrating.
Also, I saw it with my own eyes that the wrong power-ups are given (ie. 5 characters in a row were cleared but I got the arrow power-up if you get what i mean). I hope you guys can fix this. It’s really unfair.
