Otherwise a very good App for documents
I’ve been using this App for a long time. It has improved over time.
But still a few disappointments...
I’ve problems activating it in my new mini iPad not sure why, kept turning the key in the setting for “connect to iCloud “ on but as soon as I open it, it says it’s not connected & the relevant key in the settings was turned off on its own. Kept trying & was hoping Document can help but no such assistance provided anywhere. I have no one to ask & now very frustrated.
Another problem : While on my old mini iPad, I occasionally encounter “blank out”. That’s when I’m still reading or editing a document, suddenly the page went blank & immediately what appears is the App before opening... of course I lost whatever I had edited or written...
Also I couldn’t change the name of an existing file without creating a new one is also time consuming..
Bug after upgrade
There is a bug now...
For large file when I try to edit lower lines, key pad covers the lower text... Hence while editing we can not see what text is actually being added... This was not available in earlier versions...pls fix it ASAP ....
Great
Got it free n surprisingly there were no ads, so no disruptions when using the app. Plus point! The app used to hang halfway while reading long document but I can see they have been updating the app periodically n I have no issues lately. Good job!
