The app works and is fine, but can you please put more details on the order tracker page? There’s nowhere that states the date and time, which is annoying as hell when I place advance orders. Thank you.

If it weren’t for some people in my family loving this pizza brand, I would never order from them again. Their app is the worst—there’s no way to call, check if your order went through, or even find out if it’s been delayed or delivered. One time, we waited over six hours for a single pizza, with no way to cancel, complain, or request a refund. The pizza itself is maybe a 2/5, but the customer service and user experience? ZERO. How a company like this is still in business is beyond me. Truly.

Teething problems: This app does not trust Sign in with Apple that I’m the same person with same email address that I originally used on the web when signed in with Google: it complains that an account exists with the same address but fails to realise it can trust that person is the same identity. Unit floor number in delivery address turns to #undefined so delivery person needs to call for correct address. On credit card payment the response is failure but yet continue to process the payment successfully.

This latest update can track your order’s progress. I love to order from app and collect when it’s done. It will send you the push notice to inform you that the order is ready for collection.
