Unable to input unit number properly
After entering and saving the delivery address for future use, it saves normally but when selecting it for an order, the floor number of the address changes to “UNDEFINED”. This caused the restaurant to be unable to deliver the pizza to me.
How did this get past testing?
Teething issues
Teething problems: This app does not trust Sign in with Apple that I’m the same person with same email address that I originally used on the web when signed in with Google: it complains that an account exists with the same address but fails to realise it can trust that person is the same identity. Unit floor number in delivery address turns to #undefined so delivery person needs to call for correct address. On credit card payment the response is failure but yet continue to process the payment successfully.
Default address mistake
The default address against which delivery order was made automatically looses the floor number part of the address and shows the partial unit number. The customer care call centre is so pathetic that u can’t talk to anyone if you need any help and they make you wait for hours until someone is able to pickup the call. Free pizza vouchers are useless unless u r really making a large enough order where there is a minimum 15$ order value only covered. What about people who place smaller orders?
