Terrible payment process
When you input credit card expiration details, if you change the year, the app very subtly resets the month to "01". BEWARE. This is a major problem because if this happens a few times, not only will your bank freeze your card thinking it's a fraudulent transaction, but DragonPass itself will start giving error messages saying there's a problem processing the credit card, and will refuse to even send the transaction request for processing, even after the bank unfreezes the card. This app is not worth the headache and poor app experience.

I was a DragonPass (DP) for over a year given by the bank and now the bank no longer give free membership to access lounges via DP. Therefore I try to look for the membership in the DP apps. The listed price in the app for prestige membership is USD $399, but during the check-out, they are asking to pay UK £399 instead. Personally I don’t think this is a system glitch but some how a trick for extra margin, for those who never see the check-out detail properly, you will have to pay extra for what you not suppose to pay. Disappointed!!
