Existing EastWest Online Banking Personal users simply need to log in with their Online Banking credentials to start using the app. For new users, self-service registration is easy and convenient through the "sign me up" function on the app's log in screen.

OTP GENERATOR IS LOUSY!
I am an ofw who consistently relies on my mobile app to send funds for my kids,. After i changed my phone, all seems well so i sold my old one,. Not knowing that after few days, the app would ask me that i they recognize a new device therefore asking an otp which I couldn’t get bcoz old phone was sold alrd, and the loop goes on,. Such an inconvenience,. Until now, my case still left unresolved,. Thumbs down to this crappy system!!
Not getting OTP
Im an OFW and relying mostly on phone bank app. Hiw ever now Im trying to login to my account and system repeatedly saying they lock my account and need to reset my Password. I have been trying to reset but once I reach tomout OTP i did not received any and been clincking to send again and again. I have already message customer service on Facebook since yester and atill no reply. Pleae help settle this issue
OTP is buggy
The app and the otp is slow. You don’t even receive an otp sometimes! This is very frustrating for OFWs!
