Lousy App fails to deliver basic expectations
Disappointed with this app. Based on the below key reasons:
1. Does not allow amendments or revisions even if same day / date / coach changes etc. some flexibility should be catered for due to possibility of schedule changes for transport service industry.
2. Can’t check history of purchases or upcoming booked trips in ur app under account. This is a bare minimum criteria and they are missing this service.
3. Over reliance on their customer service via WhatsApp and every query they make u fill up same template on WhatsApp even basic ones. This defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place when your app does fulfil basic customer requirements other than bookings.

Useless app. Literally.
Merely book your tickets and that’s it. They won’t bother if they provided the wrong bus info. No update, nothing on the actual day. You can’t even contact them live if something happens. Give fake rating to bus companies that already has bad name. E.G. Billionstars Express. 4 stars rating, exclusive? Really? What a low life scam. They are just coward bunch doesn’t want to take responsibility when things goes south. Pushes blame to the bus company and only reply “just merely earn your money and book bus for you..” Time to shut down your app. 0-1 star review in google. Go check it out. Also, WhatsApp hotline is just a cowardly diversion. Useless junk. They won’t respond.
