Useless app. Literally.
Merely book your tickets and that’s it. They won’t bother if they provided the wrong bus info. No update, nothing on the actual day. You can’t even contact them live if something happens. Give fake rating to bus companies that already has bad name. E.G. Billionstars Express. 4 stars rating, exclusive? Really? What a low life scam. They are just coward bunch doesn’t want to take responsibility when things goes south. Pushes blame to the bus company and only reply “just merely earn your money and book bus for you..” Time to shut down your app. 0-1 star review in google. Go check it out. Also, WhatsApp hotline is just a cowardly diversion. Useless junk. They won’t respond.

Bad customer service ever
I wish that I read these review before using it for booking bus. My first and last time to use this app to book ticket. There is no issue with app, but the customer service of Easybooking is the worst service I have ever experience. I booked 2 ways tickets from Singapore to Malaca, the reciept is finalize and deduct my bank account, but I receive no booking summary. I contacted their hotline (whatsapp) many time, and there was only automatically reply. I had to find the contact number of the bus and call the bus company directly. Luckily, the bus company confirmed my order for one way, but for return way, there was no confirm. How bad it is.
