Worst app used. Chose the region as singapore, after i signed up using a singapore number, automatically changed my region to malaysia. When i logged in, system said that i didn’t have a sg account and asks if i want to log out. Tried both options multiple times and in the end got automatically logged out, with account being blocked for 30mins. No customer service, worst app and logistics ever used.
Customer service and their services are horrible

Hard to use, can only top up payment in fixed rate where you can’t cash out for unused credit. Customer service only Chatbot, zero human contact here. Cancelled order still received message from courier (they seem never received update from easy parcel) new courier cannot reach out. - horrible

I created an account using my Google account on their website, then downloaded the app to use on my phone. I’ve tried logging in with Google countless times, but it keeps failing. After seeing so many bad reviews, this experience is already off to a very frustrating start.
Not able to use app anymore

Been using this app to send parcels once in a while. Now I can’t make payment to book courier. Opened a new account but cannot verify the new account ):
- Push notifications now arrive reliably, including after switching accounts.
- Fixed downloading the consignment note (AWB); it now retries and works across networks.
- New loading animation featuring EPPY, our parcel-box mascot.
- Stability and performance improvements.
