Enjoyed the August double bonus referral promo, not only I received double bonus points, my loved ones received it too.- Special mention that though there was a slight bug in the app in crediting double points on September 1 for dining completed on August 31, the issue was rectified swiftly yesterday (Monday - first business day after weekend break). The points were credited and a friendly email response was sent from the eatigo team.- Suggestions: now that we managed to get many of our loved ones and friends into using this app, it would be great if the app could allow us to connect and share our favourite restaurants for planning our gatherings.

When there are issues, eatigo asks that you write to their support email. I doubt there is anyone working there. 6 days and counting and there are no reply. Turned up at Harry’s at Robertson Pier with whole family to an empty restaurant and told that there was no reservation. Showed my confirmation email but staff just said they dont have such a record. Wasted my time. Two hours later, Eatigo sent an email saying if I do this(not show up) two more times , I will be banned! Wrote emails to the support and ignored me totally. Be careful. You may end up wasting time and money going to a place you made reservation with, successfully and for reasons only known to Eatigo or the restaurant, they may decline it. Good luck.Follow up on 7 oct 2018- so after numerous emails, they replied to make amends and that a capitalmall $20 will be sent but due to its overwelming demand, it will be longer than usual. After 1 month, it was still not forthcoming. I am really unsure it this is the following the same delay tactics as Obike

Merchant isn’t aware of the terms and conditions that consumers are allowed to reach 15 min before and after the registered time. We came 10min early, and the restaurant is fairly empty too, but we were made to wait until the exact appointed time. Hope your service can improve, at least give a good excuse for us to wait such as you’re setting up the table or state in your listing, instead of saying you only allow at the specific time, which just blatantly goes against the T&C.

I was at Dempsey’s Harry’s on 25th March and was rudely accused of Not attending the reservation made . I was there with few friends . If the staff at Harry’s didn’t given me the discount, it doesn’t mean that I didn’t attend the reservation made ! . I have even attached a receipt that I attended the reservation . I would appreciate if you get proper information before you send me rude emails and wanting to monitor my activities ! Even if I didn’t attend the reservation , it must be due to some emergencies . Why would people not want to attend reservations, if reservations oredi made ? Eatigo has no right to send me rude emails . You should have the courtesy to send me a concerned email instead of an accusation. Moreover I attended the reservation . I expect an apology . Thanks Please take note !

I’ve booked using the app for a restaurant on June 28. The restaurant have rave reviews. After visiting it, I make a bad review because of my bad experience there. My rating and review was never shown and they still have a 4.6 rating out of 5. I’m very hesitant to trust this app anymore and I caution anyone who wants to use this to be extremely careful. Don’t trust everything that you see in there. The discounts are worth it but better search in google maps for a more representative review of the reassurance you are planning to visit.

Food was delivered after 3 hours. There is no co-ordination between restaurant and delivery. The food is prepared and waiting for pick up for 45 min, then the pick up guy cancel the pick up. Eatigo has no clue until I call them( via chat waiting another 15 min in chat, no phone to call). After that also restaurant was never informed, until I call them and arrange for alternative. It took 3 hrs to deliver. Pathetic APP, never order delivery from them.
