The “start later” setting for the washer was implemented soooooooo poorly that if you need the washer to start even just an hour later you’ll need to keep scrolling for a good minute ti reach the desired timing. What’s wrong with just leaving a space for “end time” and allow the programme to automatically determine when to start the wash? This has got to be one of the worst scroller designs…

Very sorry about this issue! If you put your finger on the numbers and slide the slider should follow so that you don't have to click minute by minute. I am not able to connect to my robot vacuum. This always happens every time when there's a new update. I am frustrated! Everytime happens I need to delete the robot from the app and add the robot vacuum to the app again. But this time after adding the robot vacuum to the app on my mobile phone, the connection cannot be established. What do I do now?

The app suddenly required me to sign in again.
But when I asked to reset my password, it tells me that a mail has been sent but nothing is ever received.
And yes, I have checked the spam folder.

Something that might help is to make sure that the email address entered has a lowercase first letter. Sometimes this letter becomes uppercase in the app and this can cause issues. We are working on fixing this of course.
