Horrible App
It’s a horrendously done app. I’ll be prescriptive about feedback so if anyone reads this, I am hoping they’ll work on the fix.
— Pre-auth charges are committed as transactions in the app. They give you a feeling that you have already paid and the clock ticks on the interest. Balance hold is ok, but committing the transaction isn’t.
— Transfer service to your own account only works for savings and current. If you open a flexi deposit account, they don’t come as transferable which it is, in its product feature.
— Tech support has absolutely no idea if you call them regarding a bug or a clarification. They aren’t trained on this app.
— Changing transfer limits, after authorisation and security Pin, changes back without notice to default. Catches you by surprise.
— Service requests are open for ever and they don’t close / resolve even when you call the Priority Banking service and they say it’s closed.
This is an app that isn’t ready for use. Not even as a Beta. I can’t seem to use the old app for some reasons.

HORRIBLE AND NOT READY YET!!
DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP YET! The app is full of bugs and I haven’t been able to do basic transactions such as paying off my credit card. Technical team are taking over a week to fix the matter and it has not been fixed yet. Unfortunately, you can’t also go back to the old app once you have downloaded the new one, so I’m stuck in this mess forever until it gets resolved. I made a mistake by being an early adopter to help them improve it, I thought issues will be minor and easy to resolve, but it turned out to be costing me so much time and money to call NBD hotline with no obvious solution yet. Very disappointed.
