Impressed by service
I’m in Singapore and ordered the adidas predator and retro adidas kit from End that is based in the UK. In less than 48hrs the products are already with me. I’m impressed with the swift delivery and items were packed in an awesome End box. Really impressed! Well done End clothing! Highly rated!
Wrong items all the time
Twice I’ve placed an order on their site (not even during their sale period), twice the items shipped were completely wrong. Only the orders for the one time I won the bid for their “end launches” so far have gone smoothly. It’s super bizarre and I’ve never before encountered an e-commerce site shipping incorrect items so frequently. When contacting the customer service they took 11 days to come back with a reply. Just all out wouldn’t recommend this platform unless you like opening your parcel and finding a complete surprise.
always oos
I really love this app because compared to stores and other online platforms, END provides a wider range of products. They also have a sales section which actually, have many products too! However one really annoying thing is that whenever I check back at my wish list (i use it to organise what stuff i wna get), it alw goes oos. I hope there’ll be an improvement for this :))
