Can’t connect
Love the game and the graphics. Always been an avid fan of ROTK games. All that said, I have been unable to log in for a whole day and always been disconnected. Any way around this? Do help thanks
Terrible Compensation by the Developers
We had a situation where our end of season reward packs did not contain new generals. The game did not tell us that the new generals would be added to the reward packs. This led to many players spending money to top up and buy beads (in game currency)to roll those end of season packs (30 rolls at a rate of 395 beads per roll)that only contained current old generals. However, other people in other servers had the new generals in their end of season packs. Thus, we raised this matter to the devs and requested for fair compensation, e.g. refunding our spent beads and giving us the updated season reward packs as this was unfair to us as other players would have the new generals before us and would have an unfair advantage when the season began. However, the devs just released the compensation of 5 badges ( Ingame item that can be used for one summon) for everyone and a max of an additional 5 more badges if u rolled more previously, e.g. if u rolled 21-25 times of the paid 395 roll u would get 5 badges in addition. One badge can only be used for one summon and only in the normal hero pool, so we would not be able to use these badges in the special hero pools. We would also not get back the updated season conquest packs. This shows how terrible the devs are and I suggest everyone to think twice before playing this game, and if you are already playing, then perhaps you should think again.
