Device and app functions work well for 1 user, but when trying to share with multiple users in a household, it doesn’t work. All phones are on iPhone, but it only works for one.
When trying to share, It keeps prompting that user does not exist on the 2nd phone while scanning. Unfortunately will have to live with this but it is disappointing for such a device to only work with one user and for security reasons.

Will never recommend anyone to buy the door viewer that uses this app. This app used to be great. Both my husband and I installed it on our HP and are able to see the video recorded, view it live and talk to people at the door on the app separately. And then few months back, there was an unavoidable update. And since then, only 1 of us is able to see the video recorded, view it live and talk to people at the door on the app on our HP. The other 1 of us basically has an USELESS APP. Cannot view anything at all, not even live. The only thing the app does is sending useless notifications that the viewer detect someone near the door, or someone pressing the doorbell, BUT you cannot view it on the app anyway. One word: useless! There is no way to revert back to the old version of the app software. And it seems like I’m not the only one with such reviews for the app. If the developers are not hearing customers concern and doing something about it, good luck. This viewer will probably be obsolete in a few years time. I hope anyone who is researching on whether to buy the door viewer with this app see this review and choose NOT TO BUY. HIGHLY NOT recommend to buy at all. Would have given 0 star if possible.

Were told that door viewer only works on 2.4gb network but it didn’t work anymore after an app update! FYI, there is no problem with our network at all if you wonder! Using 2.4gb and the device is is less than 3 meters away from the router!

We were initially pretty satisfied with the device as it was easy to set up and the image and video taken was clear though the downside is the fast depleting of the battery life which needs to charge almost everyday. However, this doesn’t lasts more than 2 weeks after an app update! Device is always offline for no reason which means the device isn’t functional at all! We did all we can by deleting and re-installing the app so many times as suggested in eques Q&A but the problem persists. By the way, there is no number or email that we can reach eques customer service team. Why are we paying so much for this WHITE ELEPHANT! Totally disappointed will not recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable door viewer! Hoping that eques technical support team can look into these reported technical issues and help customer like me to resolve our issue if you want to increase customer satisfaction level!
