Great Game BUT Bugs not fixed
Its a great game to play but all changes after hitting level 700 (especially doing task at Den Of Tyrant). Can’t even play a full minute on IOS (iPhone/iPad) before getting kicked out of game & the app crashes every few seconds after log-in to game. I even did comparison on all devices i have, which i’ve installed this game to play, and comparing in-game experience/issues.
Why add-on new things when you guys should be focusing on fixing these bugs. A few times my diamonds top up were not received too but my bank acc amount was already deducted for the in-app purchases. Customer service is next to hopeless as they never reply at all via apps or email. Its very saddening coz its a great game to play but too many bugs were not fixed. GtArcade PC software should also be fixed for its laggy gameplay and whats the use of having GT points when you can’t even redeem any Era Of Celestials items (only applicable to redeem League of blablabla)
I’m a Beta Tester & Software Technician for many games/apps (especially for social media apps you find on iTunes/GooglePlay), so i know what i’m talking about (especially when it comes to ignorant and can’t be bothered developer’s attitude in fixing major in-game issues).
I still give it a 2-star coz the game is truly a great game to play.
Bad connection, Rubies gone, Bugs not fixed, auto spend your crystal or money.
It has great gameplay but the game server recently have been kicking players out. My Rubies were deducted although the instance was not initiated. The bugs were not fixed how can world boss appear in common n p c location when u enter an instance. This money game cheats you of your crystal. Don’t bother spending your crystal is not Bank into your account. I have since switch to p2p but this is terrible my accumulated crystal and rubies were deducted from my account.
