Song is unable to download
Dear Developers,
I have found a song that I would like to download earlier this morning , unfortunately the song has not loaded till 7:06 PM now , i have tried restarting the app and even restarting my phone but it has yet to load. The worst part is I can’t seem to play any other song as the song I wanted to download is in the way and is stopping me from playing any other song. last time there was an option to “fix” the song but it didn’t show up. I am also unsure about deleting the app and downloading it again as I am afraid I lose all the songs. I really love your app trust me! but because of this issue I am unable to use it. Do look into it :)
Ads cannot be closed after a long time
Whenever i click on a song, it will play but there will be an ad that shows and after a while, i still cannot seem to find the close button and im stuck with the ad so im unable to do anything else. I have tried closing the app and reopening it, but it still happens.
Cannot download new songs anymore
My experience with this app has always been brilliant, I have a countless number of songs saved in my playlist but all of a sudden I cannot download any more new songs, someone whom I know used this app is also facing the same issue. It shows an error icon for any new song that I press on, indicating that I cannot download the song because it doesn’t exist, that there is an error bug. Dear developers, I hope you will look into this matter.
