Missing Digital Card
Why wasn’t the digital card included in the app? Currently I have to log into PayLah to access the Digital card under feature which lengthens the customer journey experience. Would be great to include this in the app itself.

Poor app
The app is quite bad in quality, similar to the so-called “rewards” from Esso. They don’t care about customers or loyalty. I use Esso only because the petrol station is closest to my home.
Now their app seeks to update or won’t open. However if you try to update the app, it won’t work on the App Store (iOS).
They need to pay attention to how they manage customers and customer Touchpoints.

Cannot register
Hi developer,
Please respond to your customers, the problem trying to register has been happening since 1 year ago when i was reading through the review, i have tried registering weekly since 1 month ago and until now this app is still having this problem! Can you kindly solve this issue once and for all, else u just remove this app
