Although still there are minor issues once in a while, taken over the time the new app is launched we can observe a great improvement on the consistency and performance of the app.
Of course, the switch to the completely revised and overhauled app needed some time to get used to it.
The app is efficient and simple. Well done.
This is valid for both iPhone and iPad.

Don’t bother with etoro.

Waited over a month for my friend’s and I’s referral bonus and ended up not receiving anything. Customer service dragged the issue on and on for WEEKS such that its been over a month since my friend’s deposit was made (mind you, she met all the criteria within a month of a deposit) And now etoro turns around to put the fault on the customer by saying that she no longer qualifies for the bonus as a month has passed. Absolutely ridiculous considering how they would close my ticket SEVERAL TIMES despite the dispute not being resolved at all.

Overall there was a lot of useless back-and-forth emails with different staff who all gave DIFFERENT INFORMATION about the situation. extremely unprofessional customer service and i definitely will not recommend this trading company because if anything happens, CS is going to be no help at all. This experience was terrible. All the time wasted on this company and their constantly changing policies (without notification whatsoever) infuriates me.

Was asked to review so here it goes.... Worst platform ever! Platform is very confusing (buy and sell is reversed), sets sell loss without your permission and makes it very difficult to withdraw your $$$$. And when they claim that they have 0% fees their spreads are even higher than most platforms!!! A financial blog shows their total fees including, deposit (credit card charges), many currency exchanges, buy spread and sell spread, and to transfer your money to etoro wallet (see reviews if your don’t believe) which doesn’t work and then to incur fees again. I have lost thousands due to their stop loss and they have auto settings which are to your disadvantage. Scam at its best !!

eToro provides all registered users with a Virtual account with funds in it to learn how to use the platform in a safe environment including trade details like stop loss and take profit.

The fees page explains all the fees that are set. eToro offers a variety of deposit methods to fit the user's needs as best as possible.

Non leveraged Buy (Long) positions on Stocks and ETFs have 0% commission. Crypto currencies have a unified fee structure illustrated on the platform and were lowered for 85% of the currencies we offer.
