Scammers
This company is a scam. They fool customers by alluring them with deals and later when the car is delivered, the problems start to appear, like a flat tyre. After multiple communications, to which they fail to reply they will send you a simple diplomatic email that nothing can be refunded and there was so fault at their end.
I would request everyone to not book through them. There should be a strict complaint against this non - ethical organisation.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced, and we fully understand your frustration regarding the tire issue during your rental.
After careful review, we have received the checklist from our partner, which indicates that the car was provided to you without any tire issues, and your signature confirms this upon delivery.
Additionally, the vehicle was driven for 166 kilometers during your rental period, and it appears the tire was punctured during this time. As per our policy, tire-related issues are not covered under our services, and it is the customer’s responsibility to manage any tire repairs.
That said, we truly value your experience and, as a gesture of goodwill, we arranged for the car to be collected without any additional collection fees. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that no further compensation can be provided in this case.
We’d like to clarify that in instances of early rental returns, any applied discounts are removed. Ending the rental early does not qualify for a refund of the remaining days, as per our policy.
