FARFETCH - Shop Luxury Fashion 4+

It’s the best online shopping website I ever knew. Easy access by mobile app & sales items/ original price items are always cheaper then what I could found anywhere. Awesome website! Had recommended it to all my friends.

I really like shopping at farfetch becos i get to shop for various brands at a time and usually Im not into shopping online but farfetch changed my perspectives . To be frank , I only bought items on sale . Buying was easy , had no problem with that , until i had one item delivered to me wrongly . Even the item was more expensive than the actual thing i bought , i returned it . Only to have the item gone in the middle of dunno where . Item was collected from my place but they didnt know where it went . Farfetch n DHL couldnt do anything . Money was not refunded to me and case closed ! I was utterly disappointed! After stopping for awhile , i still bought a MSGM shirt recently on sale . Item was at about 70% off and i thought i really got a good deal . Item was reviewed for longer than expected , while my other items i ordered along with it had arrived . I had a hunch and told all my friends and true enough , they sent me some random shirt from that brand which is much cheaper . The shirt i bought was $390 , after discount $117 . I was so happy as price changed to $195 the next day . The merchant probably thought i got it for too cheap and didnt want to honour the sale ! Im so disgusted by their act ! Couldnt farfetch do anything about it ? We trusted on you , we trusted the platform and spend our money on it only for them to play dirty tricks on us ? Shame on you !

I got my Tommy Hilfiger cardigan that I spend like over $200+ USD straight from the delivery parcel box. No other forms of protection like in a plastic bag or any other brand box packaging. It’s straight from the parcel box ! Doesn’t comes with Tommy Hilfiger paper bag too. I can’t accept it even if u use environment protection as an excuse. It packaged so poorly it’s impossible for me to give as a gift.. the cardigan had paper fiber sticked to it as it’s left in the parcel box without protection... I had to buy my own packaging & without the brand paper bag it doesn’t even look authentic..

Wrote a bad review & the customer service got to me through an email offering me a USD $15 for my next purchase. They says “Brand boxes or duffel bags are only included when they are supplied by the brand”… Omg then where did my cardigan comes from … Felt so cheated & insecure for my purchase & whether is it really authentic? First time using & will be my last time too. Saw a lot of reviews saying the items looks used before.. now I’m quite sure I will not use this app anymore. A warning to other people too.
