hello i was trying to apply for a job as a safe distance ambassador, i just need money to survive man but your “apply” button doesn’t what me to get a job apparently, everytime i try to apply and get the otp number.. i can’t seem to press anything to make the keyboards go down so i wld be able to press “verify and apply” for job i’ve been trying so many different things for 5 times, all doesn’t work, it wld just make me end up having to redo the otp thing more then a few times which is very irritating. i jsut want a job man pls maybe instal smth so we the keyboards can go down atleast been having a tiring day just help me put the keyboards down 😭😭😭

Very bad choices of education
The app gives good opportunity to Singaporeans to find jobs at our preffered pay, but it lacks variety in choices of education. It does not consider the possibility of Singaporeans not having a Singaporean school certificate. What if we are Singaporeans, but we school in another country? It does not give me a choice to put in the education level and makes it difficult for me to find a job as it does not include certificates like SPM etc.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We'll certainly share this with our product team for enhancements to include 'Others' as educational information in app. Meanwhile, as a suggested alternative for SPM holders, you can consider using the A level equivalent to SG as an option. You may also key in any institutual name being a free text field of the form. We hope this helps!
Crashed and not working after countless retries
I tried to open it and kept restarting my phone and even deleted the app and reinstalled again but it does not seem to load and only gave a white blank page. Could you look into this issue that I am currently experiencing?

Hi there, we have noted the recent iOS ver 16 release might have caused some crashes to the app for Apple users and it has been fixed since. Hopefully it works for you now!
