Fieldrunners 9+

I've put off buying this game for a while now becasue of many of the issues that have been raised; crashing, too few maps etcetera. Having played this game past the first 2 levels and managing to unlock the final map (with great effort) I feel that it's not so much the length of Fieldrunners that makes it great, it's the breadth of developement put in by the guys at Subatomic. Adding new levels, refining maps, adding new sounds. It's hard to believe the first version was completely silent!
Fieldrunners is difficult but also challenging in a way that few iPhone games are. Can't wait for a new map in the next few months and maybe some new bosses...hah Just 2 more maps and this one might actually deserve it's place in the top 10 video games list! (Read: Time Magazine)

This is a very good tower defense game. If you have an interest in such games, do not hesitate to pick this up.

Excellent graphics and smooth non-laggy gameplay combined with a fast forward option makes this a winner. The interface is well thought out although the option to cancel a misplacement of towers within a certain time limit without a penalty should be strongly considered.

What this game vitally lacks is precise information on how much damage each tower does and how much extra does upgrading the tower adds to. Right now, it is a guessing game that is often frustrating.

I first saw this and did not buy it as it seems too expensive for the simple pictures provided. However, i played this on my cousin itouch for the very 1st time and i got addicted!! I immediately bought it and Bam it is very fun building and clearing every single round. Only downfall is it starts to get boring to start all over again aft completing the classic 100 rounds or dying the 20 life or realising u've built wrongly. But all this is gone when ur towers and up and powerful and u dominate the field. xD

-Just asking- Are the soldiers different for Classic, Extended and Endless. And Easy, Medium and Hard? Are they all different in terms of difficulty,quantity and types for the different games mode??
