Ratings and Reviews
Good to include search function
The app is comprehensive with info and organized. But it will be good to have search function to make searches for teams, matches or players much easier than scrolling down. In teams or players arranged by alphabetical order, it will be good to have shortcut buttons to each beginning alphabet like phone contact list.
Slow and rubbish design
Dunno what happened to this app. Remember using it for previous World Cups, was great then. Now the UI is confusing, every click into anything takes a long time to load, and there’s no way to navigate back. I just press randomly at places until it loads back the first page. Why is nothing cached so that content loading is hidden? Worst of all there’s this red bar for some kind of AR thing that’s only for live spectators. Even after you click through it doesn’t go away so it’s always taking up space on the screen!?!!?
Always something is wrong when updated.
Was working fine until the last 2 updates. Can’t load. Bad UI, everything is web based, can’t back from your option, can’t see the tables, scores are not updated to the latest match. Kinda disappointing how it’s a major once in 4 year event but FIFA can’t event get their app right. Wonder who took home the bulk of the budget for the app home instead of actually going to the app.
