My Favourite free to play for 2 years
After playing for so long, I am still addicted and pretty excited with every update. Comparing to so many other free to play, I feel gumi have given fair chance for free to play players to get really good units. I didn’t pay for anything but I still get a decent amount of strong units. There are some limited units I really really want but I couldn’t get. But such is life, you gain some you lose some.
Unhealthy content especially for the young
It uses cartoony and flashy representations to mask the ulterior content of advocating bad learning characteristics on the young. Especially the gambling element of the characters. It has lead to a paying addiction for such.
I believe many has trusted this company due to creating interesting content in the past. But please do not entrust your child growth with them as they are not responsible at all. The level of content should be strictly reported to be 18. But its put to 12+....
Last but not least, there are security issues with the company due to the fact that it has been hacked. Customers like my kids are just consumers, if you are unable to protect your intellectual property rights and you condemn the players for external parties. You are a total failure in bringing your service quality.
My child has suffered emotional distress from losing his data. As a parent or perhaps a user, such service does not show any reliability.
Please use it at your own risk.
Failure to acknowledge issue, instead keeps telling users to try endless reinstallations
I enjoyed this game over a year. Though here were many bugs and instabilities, they were usually resolved within a matter of a day or two. There were horrible times though, taking many days before getting resolved, but at least they acknowledged the issue. But this time (after the October week 1 update), there was a bug preventing some players including me from entering the arena game area. No acknowledgement of the issue, no announcements, customer service kept replying me to redownload or reinstall, treating customers are idiots. Enough is enough. The incompetence of the company is enough to ruin the legacy of Final Fantasy which drew me in in the first place.
