Loving Fitbit so far but period tracker not working
Just started using Fitbit for one week. So far I'm loving it! However, the period tracker doesn't work. I took the effort to manually key in all my period data from another app that I've been using since 2011, only to realise that some of the periods I recorded got deleted in the app? And I also realised that the app added random 11 days cycles under "Trend" and therefore shorten my average cycle length by 8 days, causing inaccurate period prediction.
I followed the steps on their website on how to get it to sync again but failed so i had to approach their customer service and I had a long convo, twice with fitbit team. And afterwards it start to sync BUT with some missing updates on my sleep and HR. Not even a wk later. Just a few days later, again it wont sync. And this is NOT acceptable. If its going to continue like this then i must advice people not to spend their money on something that will give more problems in their life. Its really frustrating as a user and i am feeling two thumbs down for this. Feeling of regret is strong. 🙄
App takes time to sync after the update
Seems the app is having some issues to sync up with the versa after the latest update. I’ve kept on restarting my watch and the app frequently but it’s still slow to some avail.
Kindly fix it please.
