By far my favourite training app so far

This app offers the perfect balance of flexibility vs coaching. It’s able to recommend a pretty perfect workout based on how fresh you are or specific criteria you set out for it, but gets out of the way and let’s you track just what you want when needed.
My only gripes with it at the moment would be that it’s fairly complicated to get to the stats of your individual movements and that I haven’t yet figured out how to log a superset for a past workout, but that might just be me.

Best workout app

I have tried many workout app but didn’t pass their trial period as the app is not well designed for custom gym. This is not until I tried out fitbod, have been loving it since day 1!!!! 5 stars to the developer who design it.

Only use if you intend to retain your current phone forever

Have been using this app for the past 2 years and I think that it is great. However it was time to upgrade my iPhone 8 to a XR.

Downloaded the app into my new phone and logged in. Found that the app synced about half of the workouts on my iPhone 8. Tried it a number of times to no avail and decided to write into the help desk.

Claire for the help desk responded within 24 hours which is good. Had 2 messages with her in a timely manner. Her advice involved creating a backup, deleting the data on my iPhone 8 and then reloading the data to my 8. I tried it and now I had lost my full data set and there was even less data left on my 8! I sought her advice again but it’s been now 48 hours and there is just silence.

I love what the app can do but the ability not to sync to a new phone properly as well as bad advice just doesn’t hack it anymore when there are so many other apps to choose from. Especially when you care about your progress.
