Ads are quite annoying
Hey guys, thanks for providing a easy to use service for travellers, it’s really nice to be able to stay connected around the world.
The app is clean, clear and easy to use, but could an option of clearing all ad notifications be made available instead of having to clear each one at a time? I’ve turned off ad notification on my app, not that I don’t want to but because there’s too much all the time and no easy way to clear ads in the app.
I love a great deal but this is worse than spam in my email.

Sorry you are experiencing this, but in the Flexiroam app you can turn off the notifications. Go to Account>Settings> Then you can turn on/off the promotional notifications and email notifications as well. Let us know if you have other concerns. Thank you for the feedback!
Never Fail To Help
I’ve tried many international eSIM data services but remain a veteran user of Flexiroam. It just works. I’m also a frequent phone upgrader and each time I change my phone, Flexiroam is there to help me set up my eSIM on my new phone. The service is prompt and instructions clear. I never had any issue performing an upgrade. And my new phone is up and running on Flexiroam within few hours. Yes, this quick turnaround is important for me because I’m a frequent traveller and connectivity is key to my work. Flexiroam has been a reliable service provider for my data needs.
New setup
I had signed up to try a free complimentary global plan from my credit card company. The setup and installation was easy but for some reason I could not connect.
I tried to use the help function and got some assistance from WhatsApp a Kat immediately. The team member patiently went through my settings with me and reset the phone, and it worked straightaway.
