Very confusing for users in account settings section
Not very clear. Generates OTP for everything and at wrong click. E.g. I just clicked change password, was hoping app will ask me if I really want to change. But it immediately sent OTP to my phone. At end I did not change password. Stop spamming users phone message box with your OTPs.
Hire better logical and smart developer please..
I am still unable to update my email id.
Returns/Replacement is pathetic
God forbid if you get a faulty product. The replacement can only happen if you the product of unused. I received a faulty water purifier. The installation person came from Flipkart and while installation told us that product is faulty and we should get it replaced. The replacement person refused to collect it, saying the product is used. We were told there will be another attempt and the person would collect it. But then we got a message saying that replacement request is cancelled.
Now we are stuck with a faulty product and a decent sum wasted.
Flipkart - your customer service is indeed pathetic. And your replacement people are beyond trustworthy.
