Good App
It’s a well managed application.
One of the worst food delivery apps
I’ve used a lot of food delivery apps through my travels, this has to be one of the worst when UX has been standardised industry wide. At the bare minimum the app should track the location of the delivery driver. I ordered food with this app, the message was still “preparing food” with an approximate 30 mins till delivery when I received a call from reception to say the food had arrived.
Lots of choices
They sometimes send you discount vouchers which is awesome :) app is user friendly, been using it very frequently
