Possible To Support Adding To Apple Wallet?
Hi,
I have been using the major hotel brands’ apps. Most of them allow user to add their stay pass into apple wallet. Do you plan to do that? Or is it already implemented?
It will be a huge drive for me to start using the app and live with Four Seasons. (I collect every single pass since a long time ago.)
Best hotel app in the market
I’ve been using this app pretty much since it first came out, and I’ve got to say, this really completes the ultimate Four Seasons experience every time I stay at one of their hotels. The chat function of this app is absolutely amazing, you can use it to contact the hotel prior to your arrival to confirm/edit anything about your stay, or ask the concierge to book restaurants for you. Since it’s Four Seasons, they can pretty much cater to whatever need you can think of. Even after you check in, you can continue to use the chat function to do anything from booking a car to ordering room service. I’m just surprised not everyone’s using it!!
Please stop forcing users to turn on Bluetooth !
I am getting frequent prompts by this app on my iPhone to turn on Bluetooth. It is super annoying, as I usually have my Bluetooth switched off ! Please stop this !
Other than that, I love communicating directly with various Four Seasons hotels via this app. It is soooo much quicker and easier to sort out various issues, put in any requests like this ! As always, Four seasons has the best service !
