The lousy app made me unsubscribe

My patience is above normal and I often let live when performance isn’t up to mark.

The app loads slowly even in 1Gbps WiFi but I’m ok with it. Sometimes app is unstable, wouldn’t startup and requires me to delete and reinstall but its only about once a month, I accepted it. The movies are decent but I can watch each blockbusters like 5-10 times before something else comes available the following month, but I understand it’s just business.

This time when I log in, it says I’ve reached the maximum number of devices when I watch from my usual one and only iPad Air, I kinda hit the limit of my patience and unsubscribed it. After 1 weeks, it still gives me the same problem.

Fire your developer. I’ll give 0 star if I can

If you see that no one subscribed to this, it’s definitely because of the app’s performance.

1) There’s no “continue watching” list
2) when you do find the movie you were watching halfway, it starts from the beginning.
3) horrible interface when watching with carousels on the left and right blocking the view
4) forward and back is 30 seconds instead of 10 seconds. Why???
5) subtitles must be selected again in the beginning of each movie

Buggy unoptimized mess

The collection of shows and movies are good and competitive.

But the app itself is such a mess. Half the time it will fail to start a video. The other half it won’t even allow me in the app.

It’s amusing to know a company as large as fox can have such incompetent people creating an app.
