Finally! After so many gym routine applications, training methods, fitness clubs, personal trainers, I have finally found one that is extremely convenient, effective and fun!
Practice at your own pace, anywhere where and anytime you like, results are evident. Into my 7th already and already seeing results. I’m only doing about 20mins a day, 4 days a week.
I recommend this app to anyone who does not what the restriction of time and location. No gym equipment required.
