My husband and I both have our own respective membership account - it’s worth it even if you use it just for that ONE restaurant you eat at more than 6 times a year (limited vouchers, hence two accounts haha).

Shout out to the main star of the show: Fuzzie’s stunning support team! Merchants who do not honour the vouchers and try to impose their own T&Cs are thoroughly investigated and swiftly put in place - just flag it out to the team! I even got a refund back from the team when they noticed I paid full price for a meal the merchant didn’t want to honor!

There are many lifestyle apps and cards that offer great discounts, but few have the support to back it up when merchants go rogue. If you don’t want a tired response of “Sorry that happened, there’s nothing we can do about it”, go for Fuzzie! A veritable gem and an absolute dream team.

Great app to get more savings on the go!

Just go introduced to this app recently! Am currently trying it out. Its very user friendly and everything looks quite clear & easy to use as compared to other applications i’ve used before. I’ve also been browsing through the selections with a friend, and we realised that there’s a lot of places that cater to us on the daily, and not just places you would go to for a date night (which tend to be what other applications cater too). Sometimes i find it quite hard on other applications to find affordable and new places to eat at, especially because i’m working (not from home); so this really helps a lot with choices ☺️ I’m a true fan of applications in general like these as the discounts and options available help so much so i’m so excited to use it more and explore new places!

Can be improved to cater to people with budgeted lifestyle

Find this app more beneficial for people who are living luxurious lifestyle. If u often go to restaurants, spa or use high-end services, this will help you save a lot. For someone who lives a budgeted and simple lifestyle, most offers are not that attractive. I could probably get better offer elsewhere. For example cinema ticket they offer 30% off the original price. But I could get cheaper tickets on shopee flash deal or use shopback to get better discounts. Even for their dental and health member rates, it is similar or in facts one are even higher than some other dental or clinics may offer. Maybe their target clients are those who are willing to pay for better quality food and services. (Usually people who are mid management or above) Would be good if their discounts are more exclusive than others and more offers that caters to people with a budgeted lifestyle. This will make paying for their membership more attractive. Just saying.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback. We do have a lot of brands that are enjoyed by those who are more budget concern like Burger King and Kei Kaisendon and bubble tea brands among many others. There are also lots of free gifts like facials, wellness passes that you can enjoy with no spend needed. Our health benefits are also really strong and guaranteed by the merchants to be exclusive, so we're not sure what you meant. We do not have any record of you being a member or using Fuzzie.
