Data loss on iPhone!

I used my Samsung tablet to play Gacha studio and I made a show on it. But when I switched to iPhone, installed the game and made my characters, the next time I came into the game to screenshot the scenes in The studio, ALL my characters restarted! This is the 18th time I’ve customised my characters!

I still love the game though, even though when I got a level 6 pet, it went away. I used to make my show but now whenever I come back to the game, I have to make my characters all over again! Still like it though!

It doesn’t save

Soooo this game is good new things but..There is NO saves, for when I leave then game or if I restart it just temporarily keeps on restarting whenever I leave the game or I restart 2) I reached to level 5 already but I never ever got the gems so, I decided maybe the game asked me to past over level 5 but then i still didn’t get it and when i saw one of them said instantly I thought it met the game would give me 2,500 gems but it didn’t so that’s all the complaints sorry mine is long but still, this is a good game still even tho there is problems this is still one of my fav games

Changes not saved

Then forts time it saves perfectly but if you try to save more characters they revert back to their old characters the game is fun but when I watch Gacha videos the characters there look different and have more variety of clothing I don’t know if you guys updated it but if possible could you add more value in clothing
