Description

Enjoy a colorful version of the famous game of life. A game based on simple mathematics that hides surprising properties!

Game of Life :
Initially, it's a zero-player game, meaning that its evolution is determined by its initial state. Here, you can influence the evolution at any time.

Rules :
The universe of the Game of Life is a two-dimensional orthogonal grid of square cells, each of which is in one of two possible states, alive or dead, or "populated" or "unpopulated". Every cell interacts with its eight neighbours, which are the cells that are horizontally, vertically, or diagonally adjacent. At each step in time, the following transitions occur:
Any live cell with fewer than two live neighbours dies, as if caused by underpopulation.
Any live cell with two or three live neighbours lives on to the next generation.
Any live cell with more than three live neighbours dies, as if by overpopulation.
Any dead cell with exactly three live neighbours becomes a live cell, as if by reproduction.

Colors :
To make the game more plaisant and attractive, you can choose the color of each cell. At each step, the color of a cell is determined by the average of its neighbour cells's colors.

Zoom in / zoom out :
To zoom in or zoom out, you can respectivly remove or add a row

Walls :
You can choose to use walls or not

Clear :
You can clear the grid when you want
