Impossible to install
This app basically doesn’t work. The initial problem is that it won’t let you register - without giving you a reason. If you get past that, it needs an OTP that never arrives.
After 4 weeks and numerous visits to the bank, I just admitted defeat. I go to the ATM and transfer my money to BCA because their app does work.
Transfer to Overseas bank
This is the best one I’ve ever experienced before. Transferred my account to my overseas bank. It works very well. Works smoothly. Awesome! I love CIMB Niaga.
Almost Impossible to Login
Tried to login after switching my SIM card to a new device. App keeps on insisting that I entered wrong last 4 digits of my card / PIN / DOB / phone number, while I just did an authorized transaction using THE SAME CARD and THE SAME PIN.
And 1 second before it says I entered the wrong information, it just sent the OTP to THE SAME PHONE NUMBER.
Ended up blowing almost the entire credit balance on my phone, just for multiple attempts of logging in.
