Watch out when using the app, or you are getting conned
The only way to get a cab in Goa is this app and it’s the worst experience I ever had with a ride hailing app, due to two reasons:
1. You need to have a minimum amount of 200 rupee in your wallet. When I added it again after a few days the money was deducted from my credit card but not added to my balance and I have no way to get the money back. Very disappointing
2. The worst part is that one time I selected the wallet as payment and not cash (usually I did cash) and I thought I selected cash and was giving the driver 200 rupee. So basically the driver got the money from my wallet and in cash and he didn’t say anything even though he “double checked” the payment mode. Again very disappointing.
Lessons learned: don’t trust Goa cab drivers and I hope they will allow other ride hailing apps in Goa.
Tourist Trap, the cab driver didn’t show up
It’s a tourist trap, they charge the money first and then cab arrives. Our cab never arrived and money was charged on the account, trying to call the help service they say go to counter; go to counter they say call the service.
Don’t use it!!
Unfortunate
Trip from airport was ok. But return wasn’t. Charged the card and scheduled pickup and no cab arrived. Calling repeatedly helpline, didn’t help either. They don’t have any intention to help, rather just put you on hold repeatedly. Very unfortunate.
