I would like to express my heart felt big thanks for their services they had, firstly is their customer service by the name of Diana who did her job well done and also make her best effort to settle my problem I had, also no matter I put on hold for the order to be made, she is still willingly to wait for me to give an answer to her to see if I still need the transport service or not. it is a job that I need to transport a queen size bed with bedframe from punggol to amk. My worry is the bed and bedframe I do not know the lift that can go in or not and she can even help me by asking around for those experience transporter mover. Thank you very very much for your big help yesterday night. Secondly is the driver by the name of Paramasiva Thevar Saravanan that she help me to look for, great guy and very helpful. I even ask him to help me to bring out my old stuffs and he no question ask and he really helped me and I am really appreciate it very much and gave him a big tip for helping me.Once again a big thank you to both of you guys and thank you GOGOX for having such wonderful people in your company. Sorry for my poor english I been writing all these which I felt in me because I am very happy that these people do help me a lot to solve my problem in a very last situation.

Driver Was Late But Alright

Our first time using the app, for work. The driver was 30 mins late but luckily we had expected this might happen. We booked the van with some time to spare. We reached destination on time. I texted the driver about 1 hour before and he replied very promptly to inform he will be late. I hope he didn’t compromised his own safety. We transported about 3 trolley worth of items, we had 3 people. Hence, no problem in terms of loading & unloading. We were prepared to do things ourselves but the driver helped a bit too. It’s fortunate that driver doesn’t mind taking 3 passenger, lawfully and safely of course. We were able to reach destination together and promptly unload. Satisfied with the service but if drivers can always be punctual, it will be great. The “bonus” feature was broken. I tried adding a bonus for the driver for more than 10 times and I kept getting an error. It will be nice for the app to allow “tips” after the service is completed. Or it could also be nice if the app can partner with brands, allowing customers to gift a cup of coffee, lunch, sunglasses or other useful products for the drivers.

Fist time using GoGoX service. Fee is very reasonable. I was in need of delivery transportation to take my stuff from Ikea to home. Driver is very friendly (Mr RaymondKang), good personality, careful driver, Friendly service with all the safe distance.(I enjoyed all the chitchatting with him along the way home) 😊 App is very easy to use, few steps to follow, downloaded the app at the shop and few mins later my ride was confirmed(got a discount). I was lucky i got a driver right away. I highly recommend this service for anyone who need to get delivery your stuff.

There’s no proper cancel option

There’s no proper cancel option in the app. Once you request a booking, the app keeps matching you with a mover—even if you ask the mover to cancel, it just finds another one, and the cycle repeats. According to the GoGoX website, cancellation requires calling support. I tried calling around 1 PM, but the automated response said support doesn’t operate in the evening—very confusing and frustrating.I eventually had to ask the next matched mover to please not cancel until morning so I could speak to support directly. The next day, that mover told me he was charged an $8 commission fee by GoGoX just for holding the job for me.This was a bad experience for both me as the customer and the mover who tried to help. The app needs a proper cancellation feature and a clearer support process to avoid unnecessary stress for everyone involved.
