Vendors are always close
App do not updates well on vendors.
Customer supports is also very bad, they rather ignore than help to assist with the orders between their merchant and riders.
Their delivery cost do not make sense when the app do not updates well. Which also deters to be be riders in the platform. App owner needs to learn the logistic side of the business for sure.
Poor services
The rider/driver will drop by to numerous places before they deliver your order. Please expect soggy/cold foods.
