Overall a decent app. The EV charging session can be better. While charging if you close the app, there is no way you can go back to session to stop the charging. Fix this and the app would be much better.

Unfortunately, if you want to use seasonal parking at NTU, you’re forced to go through GoParking — there are no alternatives. This lack of competition allows GoParking to do whatever they want. They charged me for hourly parking even after my seasonal pass was activated and never refunded me.

They also charge for the entire month, no matter when you start — it’s not prorated. And unless you cancel the seasonal subscription well in advance, you won’t get a refund, even if you didn’t use it once. I’ve dealt with other services before when I forgot to cancel a subscription, and none responded with such a soulless attitude.

It’s time for NTU to find a better parking provider.

I like the idea of car park with barrier free..i had some difficulty using the app initially but the customer support team really helped me on how to use the app and with season applications... the app and new barrier free system made our life easier during peak hours where we more often queuing up due to faulty barriers... now with this new barrier free parking system in the campus, our parking experience has become seamless n smooth..
