I have previously added a vehicle. But have later removed the vehicle from the app. Buy I notice that the parking fee is still deducting from my credit card that is setup in the app.
How can remove the vehicle record? Also, if I try to add back the vehicle now, it just keep saying IU alr existed.
So how can remove all my information such as credit card and vehicle from the system?
And because the vehicle no is a mandatory field in the feedback form, I have to add a dummy vehicle number in order to do so.
Please do a thorough testing for the app. I am sure ST and NTU can do better than this .

I like the idea of car park with barrier free..i had some difficulty using the app initially but the customer support team really helped me on how to use the app and with season applications... the app and new barrier free system made our life easier during peak hours where we more often queuing up due to faulty barriers... now with this new barrier free parking system in the campus, our parking experience has become seamless n smooth..

Cant figure this app out.

First of all, only one season parking application at a time.

In mid december, Tried applying season parking for january for a mid tier season parking and it was rejected because quota reached. Understandable so in the end i went for a lower tier.

Wanted to applied season parking for feb and march but rejected because february’s quota reached. In the end i applied for march since i wanted the mid tier season pass but it wasnt approved even up till today, 1st feb.... now im left with no seasonal parking for feb..?

Apply in the middle of previous month = quota reach.
Apply too early but they approve late. Like that how too apply? It will be great if the ONE APPLICATION at a time is lifted
