Delivery surcharges are just jaw dropping

$12 of extra delivery surcharge... sounds reasonable when there’s a minimum quota to hit in order for them to be profitable. Not until you hear that you have to hit $100 worth of food to not get delivery surcharges. I’m just stunned and amazed, if you were talking perhaps $50 i would think it’s pretty worth. But $100 ?? And their food seems pricey for their small portion. But overall i would say they have designed a pretty solid app interface, easy and comfortable to use. Other than the switching of the “time slots” which is really annoying, everything else is perfect.

Thanks for sharing your positive experience with the app. Yes, it is expensive to deliver to locations outside our hot zones. We use the surcharge to partially offset the cost of our drivers to deliver to further areas from our kitchen and to keep our operations sustainable. Hope you understand.

Getting pricey

Please lower the prices. It’s wonderful to have such healthy options but the increasing delivery charges make it too expensive for us to order regularly. Please kindly make it affordable.

Reads your clipboard. Why?

A well-designed app and a pretty good meal plan service when they put together the right menu items. But why does it read your clipboard’s contents every time you launch it? Those are my passwords, banking details, credit card numbers you’re pulling. And for what reason? I can’t recommend the service any further until this stops.
