Great Eastern Singapore 4+

App keeps prompting me to update to the latest version, but when I click on “update now”, it links to the AppStore which shows that the app is already updated to the latest version. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and also switching my phone off and on again. Nothing works. I cannot access the app at all - it keeps going back to the page prompting an update.

Wasted more than an hour trying to navigate to the epayment section, change payment method, and all I can see is hanged with a blank piece of A4 paper. Closed and open and singpass login countless times.. sometimes it open up to show I’m not a great eastern policy holder, sometimes it hang there with a white screen, sometimes it shows error, sometimes it gets to my policies upon selection nothing happens with just a spinning circle over a white screen, sometimes it do and act with other annoying lines of block wordings over a white screen… I have tried on iPhone and Samsung phone.. same thing. Am I expecting too much from a Big Insurance company with such “cheap” apps that does not work at all? *sight*

No one wants to do up such a claim if can, system hanged few times and took me 1-2 weeks to compile get all in place … in process bills still pending from Polyclinic.
