If not, please check if there's a new update available. Otherwise, delete the app completely and reinstall it. Default country is China. How to change?
Account login website is navigated to philip.com.cn. How to change it?
- Actually I have 2 iPhones with the same region and language settings (Singapore and English). The app on the first one was navigated to Philip.com.cn but on the other one was to Philip.com.

Hi there, thank you for your review and our apologies for not getting back to you earlier. The default country selected in the GroomTribe app is based on the settings of your phone, so we recommend changing the region and language there. Please note that not all phones offer the option to change region. Otherwise, a VPN App could help.
