Great apps for stress and heart monitoring

This is a great apps for stress and heart monitoring , nice UI .
I’m using Apple Watch series4 , the widget cannot show anything (just a dash) not sure why but once you press on it it’s ok on Apple Watch . Any fixed ?
Also on iPhone cannot capture height and weight . Other than that “It’s A Great apps “ please continue to improved it 👍

Better if paired

Useful if you have heart rate monitoring device synced

Good app but lack HRV

I bought it as I thought there is a feature to measure HRV. However it is just to measure heart beats per minute. So it doesn’t serve my purpose.
And to write to support it’s so hard, virtually impossible for one who does not know Chinese. Lest to use the Chinese app to reach to Developer. Pls provide an email address for easier communication
