Difficult to pass
The game is fun and characters are so lovely. However, it is suddenly getting very difficult to pass levels in the second city. It would be more attractive to the players if the amount of coins we get after levels and the movement speed increase. Hope you fix that in the next updates. Thanks

Pay-2-Win
I like the challenge of a good time management game, but this is clearly too difficult for a totally free to play player. The amount of coins needed to upgrade your facilities/doctors in order to pass levels with all 3 stars is too much, for the measly amount of coins we get for passing a level. Furthermore, you can’t redo levels and after you complete a city, you can only do endless mode for that city, but the coins you get from finishing an endless mode level is only a couple hundred, which is in no way enough at all to upgrade ANYTHING. Which means you get stuck on levels for an indefinite amount of time. Honestly good and challenging game, but pity the developers clearly value money-making over the overall enjoyment of players.

Quite fun but progression is slow
Most higher levels require upgrades which then require coins which you get by passing the level which need upgrades which needs coins which…etc etc.
Overall quite fun but you earn really little coins and the upgrades are really expensive (you earn 700 coins for one level but all the upgrades are at least 1200 coins). I don’t mind watching ads I hope the devs make it easier to earn coins so I can actually progress?
