Ratings and Reviews
Great platform but need improvement
Great platform for latest reality shows. However, some issues I encountered such as error in playing the show/video despite it being downloaded, the audio would goes out of sync every few minutes into the show on the app itself. Tried playing it on the web, audio does out of sync as well. Hopefully they would fix these soon.
Lagging/Doesn’t Play Offline Download
I don’t usually write reviews for Apps but I feel like I need to for this one. I downloaded Hayu and already paid for the subscription because I was told that the show selection was much better than Netflix (yes it’s true for reality shows). However, since downloading I’ve had multiple problems when playing shows such as lagging (10 minutes into watching something and the sound lags). In addition to shows not even playing even after waiting so long to download them so I can watch it offline. Please get this fixed as Hayu could be such a great portal to watching all these shows you can’t find on Netflix.

Great content but pls fix app!!
I’m very happy that hayu gives me up to date reality shows that I love to watch but pls fix your app!! It’s a paid subscription and the app shouldn’t be so bad. As many said, every few minutes the sound goes out of sync. The app crashes frequently as well. And everytime I come here to check if the app is updated it isn’t. Pls fix these major issues!
