very bad service
I want to transfer my loan from Hdfc to SBI, but it is very unfortunate that brooke house branch shakespeare sarani, kolkata is not providing me required document that i need to transfer my loan. they are trying to forcefully retain me.
I have experience very bad service from this branch.
i will make sure in futue i will not use any Hdfc product.
